Mission Rubber connects plumbing and waterworks pipe systems for good. They chose Felt Marketing to reposition and streamline their corporate brand. As a domestic manufacturer for over half a century, a sub-brand of “MISSIONMADE™ In The USA” was also created.

Customer Personas and new CX journey development covered key audiences:

  4. Wholesale Distributors

Company staff received custom, corporate HTML email signatures. Redesigned print collateral included Installation Guides, Safety Data Sheets, Pricing Sheets, and Catalog. Environmental signage and employee apparel also received updates.

Mission reinforced their rebrand with a responsive Website Retrofit. Built with WordPress, it features a custom CMS and administration panel. (Training and comprehensive documentation included.)

Following site launch, a Content Marketing Strategy was developed. It connected online and offline touch points, and mapped to the buying cycle.
